Casual Studio Access
Flexibility Meets Professional Excellence
Pottery is a physical language, and mastering it requires consistent practice to build that vital mind-body connection. Casual Studio Access is designed for the busy potter who needs world-class facilities on a flexible schedule. Whether you're reinforcing skills from a term class or just need a creative escape, our studio is your playground. Come and go from 7am-9pm.
The "Best-in-Class" Experience
We don’t believe in "basic" equipment. When you drop in, you have access to the finest machinery on the market today:
The Wheels: Choose between the near-silent precision of Shimpo Whisper wheels or the legendary power of Australian-made Venco (including their high-performance Drive and Flex models).
The Tools: From professional-grade banding wheels to our heavy-duty slab rollers, we provide the top-tier equipment you need to execute professional-level work.
The Space: An immaculate, bright studio designed for creative flow. With plenty of dedicated hand-building tables and spacious workstations, you’ll always have room to move.
Camaraderie & Comfort
We’ve built a sanctuary where you can truly "turn off" the outside world.
Relax & Recharge: Take a break at our coffee station with a fresh espresso, or enjoy a beer or wine while you chat with fellow makers.
A Creative Sanctuary: It’s a place to escape the screens, meet friends from your classes, and enjoy the tactile satisfaction of a potter’s life in a warm, welcoming environment.
Pricing & Add-ons:
Pay-As-You-Go: $12 GST inc per hour (minimum one hour).
Full Access: Your hourly rate includes use of all wheels, slab rollers, hand-building tables, and studio amenities.
Shelf Rental: Need a home for your pieces between visits? Rent a dedicated shelf for just $16.50 GST inc a month. Shelf rental must include a minimum purchase of 4 hours of casual access per month.
